Devoxx Belgium 2026 runs 5–9 October at Kinepolis Antwerp. Tickets go on sale in two batches. Invoices for Belgian companies will be sent via Peppol.
Belgian companies, watch out: your Peppol ID is required
Start here, because it is the one genuinely new thing this year, and the one to handle before Monday rather than during the batch.
If you register on behalf of a Belgian company, you must supply your Peppol ID.
Invoices between Belgian VAT-registered businesses now have to travel as structured electronic documents over the Peppol network, in a EN 16931-compliant format.
Registering as an individual, or from outside Belgium? Nothing changes for you.
Two batches, two weeks apart
There are no pre-registrations: no waiting list to join, no way to hold a seat between batches. If you miss the first, the second is the next chance, and it is smaller. Set a reminder now rather than on the morning itself.

Payment is by bank transfer.
Have this ready before 09:00
- Your company’s full postal address. Incomplete addresses are the usual cause of a broken invoice.
- Your VAT number.
- Your Peppol ID, if the company is Belgian.
- The names and email addresses of everyone you are registering, up to 10 people per registration.
- A way to pay by bank transfer once the invoice arrives.
All our invoices are legally binding, we can’t change anything on an online made invoice. We can only cancel a registration and that comes with a cancellation fee.
Plans change, and the terms allow for it: cancellations are refunded at 90% up to 28 August 2026 and at 50% up to 11 September 2026, with no refund from 12 September 2026. You can also name a substitute attendee in writing, which is usually the easier route, as long as we have it before Devoxx starts on 5 October 2026. Once the conference is under way a name can no longer be changed, so a ticket cannot be passed around from day to day. Cancellations only count if they are sent to and received by [email protected].
